- or one 7½-ounce (200g) can crab meat1 cup
- mayonnaise1 cup
- dairy sour cream½ cup
- lemon juice1 teaspoon
- dry sherry3 teaspoons

Drain, rinse, and pick over crab meat to remove shell and cartilage.
