Ingredients
- pork1 lbcut into pieces
- of baby shrimp1/2 lb
- of bitter melon1/2 cup
- oil1/4 cup
- garlic1/2 headcrushed
- onion1 unitsliced thinly
- tomato1 largesliced
- bagoong alamang1/2 cup
- vinegar1/2 cup
- water2 cups
Method

Fry pork pieces in hot oil.

Sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes after pork has browned.

Then add shrimp.

Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer until pork is tender. If desired, let water reduce.

Serve with rice.
