- Garlic 1 clove1 unit

- pepper1 unit
- a little olive oil1 unit
- flour for dusting1 unit
Method

Clean and scale each fish, snip off fins.

place fish, garlic, thyme and a dash of oil in a plastic bag, leave to marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour

remove from bag dust with flour and shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown
