  • Bream per person
    1 unit
  • thyme
    2 sprigs
    1 unit
  • Garlic 1 clove
    1 unit
  • salt
    1 unit
  • pepper
    1 unit
  • a little olive oil
    1 unit
  • flour for dusting
    1 unit

Method

Clean and scale each fish, snip off fins.

slash each side.

season with salt and pepper.

place fish, garlic, thyme and a dash of oil in a plastic bag, leave to marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour

remove from bag dust with flour and shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown
