Baked Lemon Thyme Halibut

Ingredients
- Halibut fillets approximately 1 pound1 unit
- Extra virgin olive oil1 Tbsp
- of fresh Thyme4 sprigs
- Lemon1 unitsliced
- Fish stock1/4 cup
- Black pepper1 Tbsp
Method

Place the fillet in the center of the baking pan. Drizzle olive oil, and fish stock, add thyme sprigs, slices of lemon, and sprinkle with pepper. Cover with parchment paper and foil.

Bake in oven on sheet pan at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes until flesh is flaky.
