Ingredients
- olive oil¼ cup
- honey1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard2 tablespoons
- garlic3 clovesminced
- cayenne2 teaspoon
- ground coriander½ teaspoon
- fresh lemon juice2 tablespoons
- salt1 unitto taste
- (6-ounce) center-cut salmon fillets4 unit

In a shallow dish, combine oil, honey, mustard, garlic, cayenne, coriander, lemon juice, and salt.

Mix well.

Add salmon and let marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Grease a baking dish.

Remove salmon from marinade and place in a prepared dish.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until desired "doneness".
