Peach Chutney

This is great served with pork chops or curry.

Ingredients

  • peaches
    peeled and sliced into 10ths
    4 unit
  • apple cider
    1/2 unit
  • apple cider vinegar
    2 tbsp
  • of salt
    1 Pinch
  • freshly ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp
  • curry powder
    1 tbsp
  • tikka masala paste
    2 tbsp

Method

Blend all ingredients on high speed just until mostly liquid. There should still be chunks.

Bring to a boil over medium high heat until reduced by 1/3. Serve warm.
