Peach Chutney
This is great served with pork chops or curry.

Ingredients
- peaches4 unitpeeled and sliced into 10ths
- apple cider1/2 unit
- apple cider vinegar2 tbsp
- of salt1 Pinch
- freshly ground black pepper1/4 tsp
- curry powder1 tbsp
- tikka masala paste2 tbsp
Method

Blend all ingredients on high speed just until mostly liquid. There should still be chunks.

Bring to a boil over medium high heat until reduced by 1/3. Serve warm.
