- minced garlic20 g
- red chopped chilli10 g
- chopped spring onion20 g
- salted fish100 g
- shredded chicken100 g
- bean sprouts75 g
- (500 g) jasmine rice1 cup
- salt1 tbsp
- fish sauce1 tbsp
- Pepper2 tbsp
Method

Heat the oil in non-stick pan, stir-fry the garlic, chilli and spring onion, cook at 1 minute until looks fragrant. Add the salted fish and chicken, stir until the chicken and salted fish are changing color.

Add the rice and bean sprouts, and then add the salt, pepper, and fish sauce. Serve with dressing.
