Ingredients
- pack carrot2 unitcut 5 * 1 * 1 cm
- pack bean sprouts1 unitsoak in hot water
- pack broccoli1 unitsoak in hot water
- pack mushroom1 unitsoak in hot water, cut into 3 pieces
- Half pack cabbage1 unitcut 2 cm
- scallions4 unitcut 1,5 cm
- corn oil3 tbsp
- garlic3 cloves
- big onion1/4 unit
- (11 cup5 kg) Hot rice
- salt2 tbsp
- oyster sauce1 tbsp
- pepper1 tbsp
Method

Heat the oil on a non-stick pan, fry the big onion and garlic, and stir at 25 seconds. Stir until fragrant.

Add the rice, and then add all the vegetables, finally add some salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper. Stir until mixed all.

Serve for 5 plates.
