Ingredients

  • Sushi rice
    1 unit
  • Topping
    1 unit
  • Nori
    1 unit

Method

Cut nori into strips 1 inch wide and long enough to surround the desired sushi rice piece with at least 1 inch of overlap.

Form the sushi rice into oval pieces. A common size would be 1" wide, 1 1/4" inch long, and 1 inch high.

Start with one end of the nori band and surround the rice piece. Wet the inside of the other end of the nori and press over the first end. The nori will stick together this way.
