Ingredients
- pack (500 g) egg noodle1 unitboil for 10 minutes
- oil2 tbsp
- garlic2 clovescrushed
- fishball5 unitcut 1 cm
- shrimp200 gremove the shell (leave the tail: optional)
- cabbage100 g
- scallion2 unitcut 1 cm
- bean sprouts150 gsoak in hot water
- light soy sauce2 tbsp
- salt1 tbsp
- sugar1 tbsp
- pepper1 tbsp
Method

Heat the oil on a non-stick pan, fry the garlic at 10 seconds until golden brown, add the fishball and shrimp. Stir until the shrimp and fishball are changing the color.

Add the cabbage, scallion and bean sprouts, and then add the noodles.

Put the light soy sauce, salt, sugar and pepper. Cook until all mixed.

Serve with fried onion.
