Ingredients
- Spaghetti400 g
- Thick-cut bacon200 gDiced
- Heavy cream120 ml
- Egg yolks4 large
- Parmesan80 gFreshly grated
- Garlic2 clovesMinced
- Black pepper1 tsp

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente.

Fry bacon until crisp. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Whisk egg yolks, cream, and Parmesan together.

Toss hot pasta with bacon, then add egg mixture off heat. Toss until creamy.
