  • Sherry
    1/2 Cup
  • Sliced/Chopped Onions
    1/3 cup
  • Marsala
    3/4 Cup
  • Beef Stock
    1/4 Cup
  • Garlic Powder
    2 Tablespoons
  • of Garlic diced.
    2-3 Cloves
  • of Salt (Salt to your taste though.)
    1/2 teaspoon
  • of Pepper (Again to your taste.)
    1-2 Tablespoons
  • and 1/2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar

  • Lemon
    1/2 Tablespoon
  • Worcestershire Sauce.
    1 Tablespoon
  • of Butter.
    2 tablespoons
  • Sugar
    1/2 Tablespoon
  • Splash of Whipping Cream

  • Ground up parsley or parsley flakes.
