Ingredients
- butter2 tbsp
- garlic3 clovescrushed and minced
- red chillies2 unitcut small 1 cm
- scallion2 unitcut 1 cm
- carrot200 g
- minced chicken200 g
- (550 g) rice1 cup
- oyster sauce2 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce1¼ tbsp
- salt1 tbsp
- pepper1 tbsp
Method

Melt the butter on the non-stick pan. Fry the garlic, chilli and scallion, stir for 15 seconds.

Add the chicken and carrot. Cook until the chicken changes color (from pink to white).

Add the rice, and then the oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Continue to cook until combined well.

Serve hot with the dressing.
