Ingredients
- ground meat1 lb
- stale bread1 slice
- onion1 smallfinely-grated
- chopped feta cheese2 tablespoons
- bread crumbs2 tablespoons
- oil or melted butter2 tablespoons
- chopped parsley1 tablespoon
- salt1 unit
- pepper1 unit
- mint1 unit
- oregano1 unit
- flour1 cup
- oil (olive recommended)1 cup
Method

Soak bread in water and squeeze hard to drain.

Add ground meat, bread crumbs, oil or melted butter, onion, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and mint and mix thoroughly.

Form into 1-inch thick patties, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Roll in flour and fry in hot oil.
