Beer Bratwursts

  I prefer lighter beers for this so it doesn't overpower the rest of the flavors (non-beer goons, try this recipe anyways, it's damn good even if you don't like the flavor of beer like my girlfriend)

• -packs of bratwursts (not the ones that come pre-flavored)

• sweet onions (if you don't have any sweet onions

  yellow ones will do fine but you might want to add a dash more brown *sugar to prevent everything from becoming too bitter)

• jar of Dijon mustard (you use as much as you want)
  1 small
• brown sugar
  1 tablespoon
• fresh garlic
  1-2 tablespoons
• stick butter
  1/2 unit
