- your favorite barbecue sauce⅓ cupdivided
- prepared mustard1 tablespoon
- chili powder1½ teaspoons

- salt (I left that out—there's enough in the bread crumbs½ teaspoonBBQ sauce for us)
- freshly ground black pepper½ teaspoon
- egg whites (I used 1 whole egg)2 large
