Ingredients

  • boston butt
    4 pounds
  • of shredded squirrel
    1 pound
  • beef
    2 pounds
  • pork liver
    1 1/2 pounds
  • onions
    2 large
  • ketchup
    1 bottle
  • stick of butter or margarine
    1 unit
  • hot pepper sauce
    2 tablespoons
  • vinegar
    3 tablespoons
  • salt & pepper to taste
    1 unit

Method

Boil meat until it falls apart easily.

Grind meat finely.

Mix together all ingredients and serve over rice.
