  • salmon steaks
    5- 3 ounce
  • canola oil
    1 Tbsp
  • reduced sodium soy sauce
    2 Tbsp
  • water
    1/4 cup
  • honey
    1 Tbsp
  • chopped ginger
    2 Tbsp
  • chopped garlic
    2 Tbsp
  • black pepper
    2 Tbsp

Method

Marinate salmon steaks with all ingredients for 15 minutes.

Place on hot grill, cook for 3 minutes on each side until flaky.
