- Smoked salmon (110g)4 ounces
- low fat Cream cheese (225g)8 ounces
- low fat Sour cream (55g)2 ounces
- Lemon juice1 Tbsp
- Green onion2 Tbspchopped
- Basil2 Tbspchopped
- Parsley2 Tbspchopped
- Black pepper1 Tbsp
Method

In medium sized bowl, crumble salmon; add cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and pepper.

Mix until well incorporated or creamy.

Chop basil, parsley, and add to bowl and mix in.
