Fancy Vanilla Fudge

Ingredients
- of sugar2 ½ cups
- a cup of butter½ unit
- Can of evaporated milk5 oz
- of marshmallow crème2 cups
- White chocolate candy bar8 oz
- of chopped pecan nuts¾ cup
- of vanilla extract1 teaspoon
Method

Line the baking tray with foil (extending it larger than the tray) and grease it up with some butter

In the saucepan combine the sugar, milk and butter

Cook on the stove on a medium level and constantly stir and bring to boil

Boil for 5 minutes after reaching the boiling point and stir the mixture constantly (so it doesn’t burn)

Remove it from the heat

Add the marshmallow crème, white chocolate, pecans and the vanilla extract

Stir the mixture until smooth

Pour into the tray

Leave to cool to room temperature

Then refrigerate till firm and the cut it up
