(120ml) milk
1/2 cup
(350g) sugar
1 1/2 cups
cocoa
1 1/2 tablespoons
salt
1 dash
butter
3/4 tablespoon
vanilla
1/2 teaspoon

Method

Mix milk, sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil.

Turn off heat and add butter and vanilla.

Let cool for a couple minutes, until butter is melted, then beat with a spoon and serve.
