Crime of Passion

Pour the dark rum into a tall glass filled with ice.

Add the passion-fruit juice to the glass and stir to combine.

Pour in the cream soda slowly to avoid excessive carbonation loss.

Add the raspberry syrup by drizzling it down the inside of the glass for a layered effect.

Top the drink with a 2 tablespoon scoop of vanilla ice cream, allowing it to float on the surface.

Stir gently just before serving to blend the melting ice cream with the other ingredients.
