Dirt Pudding

- pkgs. (4 serving size) vanilla Instant Pudding2 unit

- pkg. (450g) Chocolate sandwich cookies1 16 ozcrushed

Pour the cold milk into a large mixing bowl and add the two packages of vanilla instant pudding mix.

Whisk the milk and pudding mix together for 2 minutes until the mixture thickens and no lumps remain.

Fold the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture using a spatula until well combined and smooth.

Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into small crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and breaking them with a rolling pin.

Layer the pudding mixture and crushed cookies alternately in serving bowls or cups, starting with a spoonful of pudding at the bottom, then cookies, then pudding again, and finishing with a layer of crushed cookies on top.

Refrigerate the dirt puddings for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the texture to set.
