I call it Tiramisu Mousse because its got most of the flavors that tiramisu has.

Ingredients
- mascarpone cheese1 cup
- granulated sugar3/4 cup
- espresso1/4 cupcooled
- egg yolks2 unitbeaten
- whipping cream1 cupbeaten to soft peaks
- Cocoa powder1 unit
Method

Combine cheese, sugar, espresso, and eggs. Set aside.

Gently fold in cream. Chill until set, and before serving dust with cocoa powder.
