Ingredients

  • freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 cup
  • finely grated lemon zest
    2 tsp
  • sugar
    1 cup
  • heavy cream
    beaten to soft peaks
    2 cups
  • pasteurized egg product
    or 2 pasteurized egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 cup
  • of salt
    1 Pinch
  • butter
    melted
    1/4 cup

Method

Combine all ingredients execpt for cream. Gently fold in cream. Refrigerate for 20 minutes and serve.
