  • espresso
    cooled
    1/2 cup
  • heavy cream
    beaten to soft peaks
    2 cups
  • sugar
    1/3 cup
  • chocolate syrup
    2 tbsp
  • of salt
    1 Pinch

Method

Combine all ingredients except cream. Gently fold in cream. Chill for 20 minutes; serve.
