Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • milk
    2 cup
  • flour
    1/2 cup
  • baking powder
    1/3 teaspoon
  • salt
    1 pinch
  • soft butter
    3 tablespoon
  • eggs
    4 large
  • sugar
    1/3 cup
  • vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon
  • grated coconut
    1 unit

Method

Blend all ingredients for one minute in a blender.

Pour into a buttered 9-inch pie plate.

Bake 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C) (Gas Mark 6) or until a knife inserted one inch comes out clean.
