Ingredients
- milk2 cup
- flour1/2 cup
- baking powder1/3 teaspoon
- salt1 pinch
- soft butter3 tablespoon
- eggs4 large
- sugar1/3 cup
- vanilla extract1 teaspoon
- grated coconut1 unit
Method

Blend all ingredients for one minute in a blender.

Pour into a buttered 9-inch pie plate.

Bake 30 minutes at 400°F (200°C) (Gas Mark 6) or until a knife inserted one inch comes out clean.
