Indian Curry Marinade

Ingredients
- plain yogurt1/3 cup
- red curry paste1/4 cup
- tbs curry powder1 unit
- bay leaf1 unit
- toasted coriander seeds1 tsp
- salt1 1/2 tsp
- freshly ground white pepper1 1/2 tsp
- toasted cumin seeds1/4 tsp
- tbs cayenne pepper1 unit
- tbs minced ginger1 unit
- dried cilantro1 tsp
Method

Pulse the toasted spices and the bay leaf in a spice grinder until finely ground. Combine remaining ingredients and ground spices.

Keep refrigerated for up to 1 1/2 weeks. Shake well before using.
