Ingredients
- small12 unitchopped red chilli-peppers
- branch of lemon grass1 unit
- tows of garlic3 unitpressed
- onion1 small
- of grated ginger root1 tablespoon
- of feshly chopped coriander leaves and branches2 tablespoons
- a snuff of cumin1 unit
- of trassi1 tablespoon
- of oil2 tablespoons
Method

Grind the red chilli-peppers, garlic, lemon grass and the onion in a mortar.

Add the remaining ingredients except for the oil and keep grinding to a fluid paste.

Now add the oil. Save in an airtight pot in the refrigerator for storage (lasts 1 month).
