Method

Fill a large pitcher or mixing glass with ice cubes to chill the vessel and prepare for blending the cocktail ingredients.

Pour the 4 cl of apricot brandy into the chilled pitcher, followed by the 4 cl of Dubonnet and 2 cl of Bénédictine, stirring gently to combine the base spirits.

Add the 2 cl of cassis and 1 cl of Limettensirup (lime syrup) to the pitcher, stirring well to incorporate all liqueur components.

Pour the 12 cl of pineapple juice into the mixture and stir thoroughly for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are fully combined and evenly chilled.

Divide the mixture evenly among four chilled cocktail glasses, ensuring each glass receives an equal portion of the blended drink.

Serve immediately while the drink is thoroughly chilled, garnishing as desired for a refreshing Maldivian-inspired aperitif.
