Ingredients
- ground black pepper1 tsp
- (60ml) water1/4 cup
- (60ml) sugar1/4 cup
- lemon juice (optional)1 tsp
Method

Combine pepper, water, sugar and lemon in a saucepan and heat slowly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is a light-brown colour.

Remove from heat and let cool for one hour.
