Ingredients

  • chicken eggs
    6 unit
  • of water
    4 cups
  • tbl. of Jasmine green tea
    3 unit
  • tbl. of dark soy sauce
    1/4 unit
  • chopped ginger
    1/2 tsp
  • of chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp

Method

Bring water and spices to a boil

Drop eggs and boil for 3 minutes

Reduce to simmer and simmer for 1 hour

Reduce to low heat and allow eggs to sit in brine until served.
