Imperial Cocktail

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.

Pour 2 cl gin into the shaker, followed by 4 cl Aperol® orange liqueur and 4 cl fresh lime juice.

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the exterior becomes frosty.

Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass using a fine strainer.

Serve immediately and repeat steps 1-4 for remaining three servings.
