Hemingway Special

Pour 1 unit of white rum into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Add 1 unit of fresh grapefruit juice to the shaker.

Squeeze the juice from 1 lime into the shaker, then discard the lime shell.

Shake all ingredients vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.

Garnish with 1 maraschino cherry placed in the bottom of the glass or balanced on the rim.

Serve immediately and enjoy.
