Cullen Estate Beer Margaritas
This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cullen Estate in Allen, Texas in 1984.

Ingredients
- lime cut into 8 wedges1 unit
- ¼ cup
- of your favorite beer chilled2 bottles
- frozen concentrate limeade thawed½ cup
- chilled tequila½ cup
- 1 unit
Method

Pour coarse salt into a shallow dish or plate, spreading it evenly. Rub the rim of each margarita glass with a lime wedge, then dip the moistened rim into the salt, rotating to coat evenly.

Fill each glass with ice cubes, dividing them evenly among the 4 glasses.

Pour ⅛ cup of tequila into each glass (total ½ cup divided by 4 servings).

Add 2 tablespoons of thawed limeade concentrate to each glass, stirring to combine with the tequila.

Pour approximately ½ bottle of chilled beer into each glass, topping off to the rim and stirring gently to mix.

Garnish each margarita with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
