Commando Cocktail

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Pour 1 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey into the shaker.

Add 3/4 oz triple sec to the shaker.

Add 2 dashes of Pernod licorice liqueur to the shaker.

Pour 3/4 oz fresh lime juice into the shaker.

Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until chilled and well combined.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass over fresh ice.

Serve immediately.
