Ingredients

  • x 17.3 oz pkg. of puff pastry sheets (1 sheet)
    ½ unit
  • Bryan Classic Deli honey ham slices
    8 oz
  • 4 oz
  • x 8-oz tub chive and onion flavored cream cheese
    1 unit
  • x 15-oz can asparagus spears
    drained
    ½ unit

Method

1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2
Thaw the puff pastry sheet at room temperature for 10 minutes, then unfold it on a lightly floured surface.
3
Spread the chive and onion cream cheese evenly over the puff pastry sheet, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.
4
Layer the ham slices over the cream cheese, overlapping slightly to cover the surface.
5
Arrange the Swiss cheese slices over the ham in a single layer.
6
Drain the canned asparagus spears thoroughly, then arrange them in rows over the cheese.
7
Starting from one long edge, roll the puff pastry tightly into a log, pressing gently to seal.
8
Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into 1-inch thick rounds and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart.
9
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the puff pastry is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
