  • rabbit

  • tomato paste

  • mixed spice

  • peas
    200 g
  • puff pastry
    1 kg
  • Olive oil
    1 unit
  • eggs
    3 unit
  • Water or stock
    1 unit
  • onions
    200 g
  • Salt and pepper
    1 unit

Method

Cut the rabbit into small pieces and fry on a low heat

Fry the chopped onions until golden

Add all other ingredients except the eggs

Simmer, remove all the bones from the rabbit and add to the mixture

Simmer for 20 minutes, remove from the heat and add the eggs

Mix everything well
