Method

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a rectangular baking pan or sheet pan with olive oil.

Stretch the pizza dough evenly across the prepared pan, pressing it into the corners and edges to form a uniform base. Allow the dough to rest and rise slightly.

In a bowl, combine the can of crushed tomatoes with minced garlic, chopped chives, and sliced green onions. Season the mixture with pepper and stir to combine.

Spread a generous, even layer of mayonnaise directly over the stretched pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Spoon the crushed tomato mixture evenly over the mayonnaise layer, then arrange slices of fresh tomatoes on top.

Generously sprinkle grated pecorino romano cheese over the entire surface, then drizzle with olive oil.
