Chocolate Cookie Crispies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, water, and egg in a large bowl. Stir until a thick batter forms, making sure all dry ingredients are incorporated.

Pour the Cocoa Pebbles cereal into a shallow bowl. Drop rounded tablespoons of batter into the cereal and gently toss to coat all sides completely.

Arrange the coated cookies on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set and slightly crisp.

Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
