Green Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Pour the box of Duncan Hines yellow cake mix into a large mixing bowl.

Open the box of pistachio pudding and add it to the cake mix in the bowl.

Pour 1 cup of orange juice into the bowl with the dry ingredients.

Add 1 1/4 cup of cooking oil to the mixture.

Beat the mixture with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until well combined and smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round or square baking pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated 350°F oven for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Once fully cooled, sift powdered sugar over the top of the cake for garnish and presentation.
