- pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix1 unit
- chopped broccoli2 cupscooked
- 1 cup
- eggs4 unitbeaten
- 1 unit
- 1 tsp
- onion1 unitfinely chopped

Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a 9-inch square baking pan or cast iron skillet with margarine.

Melt the stick of margarine in a small saucepan over low heat, then set aside to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, beaten eggs, and melted margarine, stirring until just combined.

Fold in the cooked broccoli, cottage cheese, finely chopped onion, and salt until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
