Ingredients
- (240ml) natural bran1 cup
- (180ml) butter milk3/4 cup
- egg1 unit
- margarine2 tablespoons
- (240ml) all-purpose flour1 cup
- baking powder1 teaspoon
- baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- salt1/2 teaspoon
- (120ml) brown sugar1/2 cup
Method

Stir Bran and Butter Milk together in a mixing bowl.

Combine Egg, Brown Sugar and Margarine in another mixing bowl.

Stir remaining ingredients in a third bowl. Add to batter.

Stir just to moisten.

Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
