- potato starch flour1/2 cup
- rice flour1/4 cup
- baking soda3/4 tsp
- cream of tartar1 1/4 tsp
- salt1/2 tsp
- shortening1/3 cup
- sugar2/3 cup
- eggs2 unitwell beaten
- mashed banana1/2 cup
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts1 unit

Sift together the flours, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt.
