- cornbread2 1/2 cupscrumbled
- mascarpone cheese3/4 cupdivided
- heavy cream2 cupsbeaten to soft peaks
- salt1/2 tsp
- black pepper1/2 tsp
- sage1 tbspsliced thinly
- egg yolks4 unitbeaten
- butter1/4 cupmelted
Method

Combine all ingredients except for cream and 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese.

Gently fold in cream.

Bake in a 350° oven 30-35 minutes.

Spread remaining cheese on top and place under a preheated broiler until browned and bubbly.
