Ingredients

long-grain rice

thyme
1 tbsp
oregano
¼ tsp
salt
1 fresh
chives
, finely chopped
2 cloves
garlic
, crushed or minced
Directions
Rinse
rice
and discard
water
.
Bring
rice
,
water
,
thyme
,
oregano
and
salt
to a boil.
Let boil covered for 20 – 25 minutes at low heat.
Add
chives
and
garlic
before serving.
