Lebanese bean and grain soup

  1. Bring lentils to a boil in the stock.
  2. Add bulgur and rice, simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. Saute onions in oil until well browned.
  4. Add chickpea, beans, onions and their oil to the lentils.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20 more minutes.
  6. Season with salt and serve.
