Eggnog Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Grease one 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. Sift flour; sugar; baking powder and salt into large bowl.
  4. Stir in eggnog, rum, butter, egg and nutmeg.
  5. Spoon into prepared tin.
  6. Bake until tester inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
  7. Cool muffins completely before serving.
