Wonton Soup with Bok Choy

This delicious soup will made 4 -6 servings that shouldn't be missed.




  1. Place the ribs, chicken, ginger, scallions, and water in pot until the meat is tender(approx 4 - 5 hours).
  2. Chill for approx 1 - 1.5 hours.
  3. Mix together scallions, ginger, soy , vinegar, sesame oil , salt , pork , and the white pepper in a bowl.
  4. Fill wonton with approx 1 teaspoon of filling.
  5. Then seal the wonton by lifting the two opposite corners together.
  6. Heat soup and add bok choy, wontons, and salt.
  7. Cook for approx 4 - 6 minutes.
