  1. Stir flour over low heat until it becomes yellowish, then strain.
  2. Add flour to the dates and flour.
  3. Stir over low heat until well mixed.
  4. Pour a little milk and mix continously.
  5. Cook over low heat until smooth mixture.
  6. Add cardamom and walnuts, wait few minuets until it cools down, and serve it with Arabic coffee.
